Real support for parents and parental figures!

Victorino Moreira, MA

Greetings!  My name is Victorino Moreira, and I offer Virtual Parental Advising for parents and parental figures with children that are:

College-Bound High School Juniors & Seniors
Currently Enrolled in College
Recently Graduated from College

As parents and parental figures, who do you turn to (and trust) when you have questions and concerns over how you’re supporting and guiding your child?

How are you ensuring that you’re making decisions that are sound and that reflect the current professional and educational landscape we’re living in?

How are you ensuring that you're making decisions that reflect you and your child's reality and not that of others?

Making decisions based on outdated info, incomplete info, and info that fails to take into consideration your family's unique reality can be potentially disastrous for both you and your child.

Let's avoid the unnecessary!!!

Your role in your child's ability to achieve success is just as critical as that of the faculty and staff that also influence the college experience.

I’m here to support.  I have over 15 years of experience working with parents and parental figures with children that are college-bound, currently enrolled in college, and recently graduated from college.  I offer parental advising that’s culturally sensitive with the best interest of you and child at the forefront.  My Virtual Parental Advising is not affiliated with any college, university, or organization.

Testimonies

“As a parent you hope that you are doing the right thing by your children.  We often don’t have any support to confirm if we are doing the right thing.  We’re just going of what feels to be right and that’s scary.  Victor is the answer to this problem.”

Terry S.
(Moreno Valley, CA)

“I went to college decades ago along my ex-wife.  I had no doubt that I was comparing my son’s situation to that of myself when I was in college.  What I knew to be true is laughably not so anymore.  A thousand thanks to Victor for helping me see that.”

Maria S.
(Arcadia, CA)

“He gets it!  Victor spoke with me and not at me as if he knew better than me.  He was patient and took the time to explain certain concepts and ideas I was unfamiliar with.  Speaking with him felt like was speaking with a trusted family member.”

Malyka B.
(Sacramento, CA)
